Sterimar Hayfever and Allergy Relief is a quick and easy to use nasal spray for the relief of hayfever symptoms.  It is 100% natural sea water and works by washing out nasal cavities. 

Also works to prevent allergy symptoms such as sneezing, itching and runny nose. 

The isotonic formula has an equal sodium chloride (salt) concentration to that of the human body cells so is recommended for cleansing and prevention through routine application. Enriched with Manganese, the Sea Water formula is free from Steroids, Drugs and Preservatives and may be used alongside other medication based on the advise of a doctor, as well as by pregnant and breastfeeding women.

How To Use

On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle. For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining: Keeping the head straight, gently put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril.

Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose. For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities: Keeping the head tilted to one side, gently put the nozzle in the upper nostril. Dispense a prolonged spray. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose. After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry. Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.
