At Johnston’s Pharmacy we are here to make looking after your health as easy as possible. If you have a prescription on file with any one of our 5 pharmacies, this prescription order form is an easy and convenient way to order your medicines in advance for collection.
Just let us know the details, when and where you wish to collect and we will have it ready and waiting.
Please note if you have a new prescription to bring this into the pharmacy with you when collecting.

Payment will be taken in-store.
