How To Use

We recommend that our Optibac Travel Abroad are taken for at least 3-5 days before departing on your foreign travels. This allows time for the live cultures to reach the gut and begin to complement the natural gut bacteria^1,2. With this in mind, 20 capsules is usually plenty for someone taking a 2 week trip.

Stabiliser: potato starch, Live cultures: Saccharomyces boulardii, Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell-11, Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175, Lactobacillus acidophilus/helveticus Rosell-52, Vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Each capsule guarantees 5 billion live cultures.

We wish you to be happy with your products from Johnston's Pharmacy.
