Natures Aid Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg 90 Softgels is a source of GLA (omega 6).
The pure cold pressed evening primrose oil provides a guaranteed 8-10% GLA.
It is used to control the symptoms of PMS.
It can also be used for breast pains and menopausal symptoms.

How To Use

Take 1-2 capsules per day with food or as required up to a maximum of 6. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
