In a small amount of people GUT CULTURE may cause a little wind or changes in bowel movements initially. We always recommend that you ease in gently, particularly if you have a sensitive tummy.
Take one capsule initially with breakfast and if well tolerated increase it to two after a couple of days. Once this is going well start taking two on an empty stomach before breakfast. It can take a few days for your tummy to get used to the GUT CULTURE but once it does you are onto a winner!!
